Unity welcomes applications for students entering Preschool (3 years old) through 12th grade. We strive to make the admissions process as simple as possible. Please follow the steps below to get started!
Click the link above to fill out an online application. There is a $25 application fee that must be paid to submit the application. In the application process, we will need all academic records sent to Unity for grades 1-12, a teacher recommendation form for grades 1-12 and a pastor recommendation form.
At this time, families in need of financial assistance can also apply for financial aid by visiting the FACTS website at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3FWBK. There is a $45 processing fee to cover the cost of the assessment. All requested forms must be submitted to FACTS, including income tax return, W2 forms, etc., before an application will be considered.
Family/Student Admissions Interview
After an application has been submitted and records are received, we will schedule a time for your family to come to Unity and meet with our Head of School and/or our Principals. The interview is a time for us to get to know your family and for you to ask us any questions you have.
Enrollment Information
After acceptance, you will be prompted to set up a payment plan for tuition through FACTS. Upon acceptance, there is also a registration fee due to the Admissions Office.
